Projects & process

How we plan, build, communicate and launch.

Projects & process

How does a typical project run?

Discovery and a written scope first, then design and development in short iterations with regular demos, followed by launch, handover and optional ongoing support.

How long do projects take?

It depends on scope: most websites take 6–10 weeks, MVPs 8–14 weeks, and automations or infrastructure work can take days to a few weeks. You get a timeline before we start.

How will we communicate?

A shared channel for day-to-day questions, a regular progress update and demos at each milestone. You always know what's done and what's next.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We regularly work alongside internal developers, designers and IT staff, following your processes and tools.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, happily, before you share anything confidential.
