What does ZNova do?
We design, build and run software: websites, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI automation, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and IT support, delivered by one team.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes, openly. Our engineers use AI coding tools to draft code, tests and documentation, which is a big part of how we keep timelines short. AI never ships anything on its own: an engineer reviews, tests and takes responsibility for every change, and the same automated checks run on all of it. Your confidential code and data only go into AI tools you've approved, and everything we deliver is yours.
Where is your team based?
We're a remote-first team working with clients worldwide, with overlapping hours for calls across time zones.
Who will I actually work with?
The engineers doing the work. There are no account-manager layers; you talk directly to the specialists on your project.
