The challenge
A client needed one place to prepare employee forms, get them signed and send them out, and to see at a glance where every form stood.
The approach
Ahsan built a dashboard on WordPress with PHP and JavaScript. Pick an employee and the form is pre-filled from the database. Completed forms become PDFs, go through a digital-signature workflow and are delivered by email or WhatsApp, with reporting on every step.
The outcome
Employee forms move from preparation to signed delivery in one dashboard, with reports on submissions and workflow progress that show what's done and what's still waiting.

Employee selection
Start from the person, not a blank form: choose an employee and their form is ready to work on.
Pre-filled forms
Known details come straight from the database, so nobody retypes what the system already holds.
